A video call to meet casualy. Questions asked were about personal interests and the career. After the call they send a mail about whether to continue or not. They will send a case and made a technical interview if you pass.

Very pushing and intimidating. It's like they are just rating you but in a bad way. Probably they don't want to recruit developer and searching for perfect candidate. When they find one they push him/her to corner so he/she doesn't have any courage to ask more payment.

welcoming, but challenging interview. warm work environment with experienced team leads. Focused more on project developed, code review, and abstract solutions for abstract problems. Fast response time. Average human resources experience.
