It was pretty positive. They were very open and kind during the interview. I was surprised to be selected, having no direct experience in an EA position, yet I had transferable skills. It shows that a human reviewed my resume, most likely. I ended up not making it to the final round. Nonetheless positive experience with the IR team. My only feedback is that it took super long for them to let me know I didn't make it to the next round. Some rounds felt repetitive and could've been condensed. Several members of the team asked me the exact same questions. They should've booked a meeting with 2-3 people at once to save my time and theirs.
