This extensive process was not communicated upfront.
Unclear Communication: After completing the entire process, I received positive feedback from Kirti, indicating that I would start working on a project as a test before transitioning to a full-time position. However, there was no discussion about salary or the duration of the test project. When I sought clarification, I received no response.
Delayed and Confusing Follow-Up: Three months later, I was contacted to check my interest in a potential part-time position. Despite accepting the offer, I was subjected to another PHP test. The email stated that the test would be 43 minutes, with a possible extension to 1 hour and 4 minutes, but the actual test duration was only 43 minutes.
Inconsistent Test Difficulty: The final PHP test was extremely difficult, almost impossibly so, with no clear reason why it was designed this way. This was very frustrating and felt unreasonable.
