      Payment Solutions Support Analyst Interview

      12 Sept 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Parexel in Sept 2025

      Interview

I applied to the role on Parexel career page and the recruiter Stephanie Gallagher contacted me the same day, so we scheduled an interview for the next day. The call with her was more than pleasant, she was very respectful and she managed to relax me with her positive energy and down-to-earth behavior. She also stressed out my strengths she found in my CV for the job which helped me prepare for the next interview with the team manager. She was also amazed by the fact that I was rehired by my current company as this was a sign to her that I am a valuable worker. She transferred the impressions to her colleague in US who scheduled a call with me and the team manager Ramona Oakley. The call with Ramona was as equally pleasant as the call with Stephanie. She explained me in detail the job role and she also pointed out that my experience is unique for the position. The thing I liked the most is that she doesn’t like to micromanage and that she strives for her staff and herself to have a good work-life balance. She also kept her promise to inform me about her decision in two days hence Stephanie reached out to me with the positive feedback. The offer I got included a lot of benefits and a salary sum which was higher than the one I provided as my expectation. Nevertheless, I decided to turn down the offer as my current manager reassured me regarding the stability of my current role and arranged salary increase. I was afraid how my decision will be received by Stephanie and Ramona, but they both showed enormous understanding. Stephanie even called me to check if I made up my mind for sure or if there are some doubts and things they could fix to make me change the decision. I explained to her that I just don’t feel it is the right moment to move forward, as I feel gratitude towards my current manager who rehired me. Parexel is definitively on my list for the future career endeavors, and I certainly hope that I will have the chance to work there. The whole hiring process was a refreshing experience in terms of positivity, personal treatment, kindness and mutual respect with simple and few hiring steps and relevant and reasonable questions.
