Quick process spoke to a recruiter then interview next with a managers. General CRA questions nothing too difficult. Be able to break down RECIST if applying to a oncology role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel in Dec 2022
Interview
I was referred by a candidate, then had a phone screen with a recruiter. Within 2-3 weeks I had a 1 hour video interview with a hiring manager covering basic monitoring questions. Questions ranged from monitoring to behavioral questions to why I was leaving. Then I was offered an interview with a current employee in the CRA role to ask about their experience.

Basic monitoring questions, why I was leaving current company, what I was looking for in next company etc
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Parexel in Jun 2021
Interview
I had 1 hour interview scheduled and it went really smooth with department's senior manager. Just one round of interview was taken and rest discussion with HR and documents submission. Overall it was a great experience as many organisations conducts multiple rounds of interview and waste their as well candidate's time and mostly don't even give feedback once they reject you.
