I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Partior (Singapore) in Jun 2025
Interview
The work environment is undeniably toxic and negative. The review accurately reflects the issues at hand, as the remaining members of the management team demonstrate a lack of understanding regarding their objectives. Their snobbish demeanour and tendency to pressure candidates for confidential information are unacceptable. Assigning projects that require sensitive information while treating it as if it were a free resource is a serious misstep. Candidates must refrain from following their misguided instructions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions being asked are largely irrelevant to the role and job description. It’s clear that the focus is on the current issues the team is facing, and there’s an expectation for you to step in and resolve their problems by providing information, strategies, and ideas. With several ineffective team members remaining, it is no surprise that the company is still going through a retrenchment process. The candidate will not tolerate your snobbish attitude and unprofessional behaviour. Even if we have the answers, we are unwilling to share them with you because it’s evident that you lack the necessary knowledge and preparedness.

Interview
3 Rounds of interview. Medium level question. Not Leetcode style. Mostly core java and design related. Interviewers are polite and professional.
After the interview Product Development Head messaged me on Linkedin saying why did not accept the offer and wasted their time.
If you must understand, its called "offer" for a reason and candidate has the right accept or decline it.
If this is how they treat their prospective employee, I can imagine how current employees might be treated.

Interview
The interview process was divided into three distinct parts: it began with a technical interview, proceeded to a second evaluative round, continued with a strategic meeting involving the department head, and concluded with a final HR closing round.

Of course! Here’s another behavioral interview question for the second round:
Can you give an example of a challenging project you managed? What were the obstacles, and how did you overcome them?
