Interview
Had a one on one with the owner, great guy, very reasonable and seems like he cares about helping your growth. Also happy to show off his companys work. Small office with a small team, so no one is too compartmentalized.

Question 1
There was a technical knowledge segment, he had one of the engineers/injection molding expert ask about manufacturing processes to get an idea about your level of knowledge.
Interview was conducted online via zoom. Was in zoom waiting room for 10 minutes after scheduled interview start time. Once let in, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my interviewer to arrive. Interviewer seemed already disinterested from the start. Told to research some projects and contact interviewer at a later date. No further communication after following-up with them.
