Noce but good and ok type, basic question , it was non panicking, ok very easy to crack, no rocket science, hr is very good, pay is good, good work encironment
Initial interview was with the recruiter, then Risk manager and Sr management. manager asked questions on risk process and the day to day of the analyst. Sr management was more of a soft skills interview.

Process took 3+ months, trying to coordinate schedules with weeks of silence. Eventually met the CEO, who made some subtle "comments" about the hiring manager. Another few weeks go by, found out the hiring manager was let go, the position I was interviewing for went away, and they are aligning the teams with the business lines (creating silos on purpose). Would guess this is why the CEO ratings are not great and can imagine what C-Level decisioning and strategic vision looks like with this company (not transparent, not motivating/engaging, a "take it or leave it" mentality). Frustrating process overall...
