Interview
The interview process is pretty extensive. You will interview with multiple people and each of them is looking for a reason not to hire you. They want to know your background all the way back to college (including how well you did in school) and they aren't necessarily looking for someone with "too much experience". For my second interview via Skype the interviewer didn't show up. The HR person apologized and offered me a gift card in the mail for the inconvenience but it never arrived. Needless to say, I did not get this job which was a little disappointing but ultimately this company was not a good fit for me.

Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.

Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.

They reached out to set up an interview. It was a phone interview that was later cancelled because they said I didn't reply. It was really strange. They never would reply to reschedule.
