we started with a preliminary phone call. next, I engaged in a zoom interview with lower-level managers. Finally, I had a zoom interview with higher-level managers. After the final interview, it took a few days for them to reach out and tell me they were going in a different direction.

More personality questions were asked to see if I would fit in well with the department. Although I did not get the position I was able to gain interview experience.
