I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Jan 2020
Interview
The paycom interview seems to be outdated and could be improved. It seemed as if you could tell the recruiter was getting additional compensation for filling the position and was not very personable. I was constantly asked about my GPA from college (I graduated years ago and not sure why this mattered). I would understand asking recent college grads about their GPA, but I’ve been in the sales force for years. My awards and accomplishments should be more relevant than a GPA. The position sounded very micro-managed. The process took a lot of time and hardly any feedback in the end. My time was not appreciated though I juggled a full-time job to make this happen.
Thank you for sharing and for your feedback regarding the GPA related questions. We’ll be sure to share with our leaders. We appreciate your time and interest in Paycom. We wish you the best of luck in your career endeavors!

I interviewed at Paycom (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.
Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to the team! We’re glad to see that the interview process was informative and thorough, a reflection of the standards we strive to uphold.
Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.

Question 1
How I handle dissapointment and what ressiliance means to me
They reached out to set up an interview. It was a phone interview that was later cancelled because they said I didn't reply. It was really strange. They never would reply to reschedule.
