I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2023
Interview
Very friendly people but the job title is a bit misleading. It is basically an implementation/Account Manager and the questions are standard. However, they are looking for the right character, and the questions are not that important. You should present yourself as an upbeat, relatable, and friendly person who can build and manage connections with their customers. Don't kill yourself over the project management portion of the job description.

Question 1
Describe a time in your career when you were very result-oriented.
Emailed and met for a 30 minute zoom with someone that was currently in the position. I honestly didn’t know too much about the company or product beforehand. This role is basically a sales implementation role.
