First step was easy. Had a phone screening with a nice recruiter who told me I would be a great fit and pumped me up for the interview with the Sales manager. Told me to text and call her after the interview ended to see how it went. Ended up going to the interview at 7AM, and it was more conversational and situational questions. Sales manager said my recruiter would get in touch with me for next steps. I reached out to my recruiter right after, and guess what? Yup, I got ghosted completely after the interview was done by my recruiter. I texted her and called her twice with no response. Then 2 days later I receive an update via email that I was not moved on. I get maybe I wasn't what they were looking for (even though I had bigger deals closed than their entire office), but the unprofessionalism by the recruiting team of letting the candidate know is just immature. I've seen other reviews similar but figured it was a faulty recruiter. Clearly they are taught to ghost candidates as soon as they know they aren't moved on. I will say Paycom is a great company from what I've seen from their products, to their benefits, to the mentorship and coaching. But, you are leaving candidates with a bad taste in their mouth by not giving them the courtesy of a text or call to let them know they aren't moved on.
