I had a great experience with my Recruiter and Paylocity initially. I had several interviews and eventually they flew me out for a final interview. After my conversation I sent a note to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager thanking them for their time, and had confirmed next steps with both of them. I was then "ghosted", without any communication. I followed up to confirm I understood next steps which the Recruiter confirmed, and then never followed up on. I took a job with another organization but never received any follow up from the Paylocity team. Every interaction tells the story of your brand. When someone takes time off from their current job and steps away from their family to fly out and have a conversation, they deserve the courtesy of a proper follow up. I hope you do better next time Paylocity.
