I applied online. I interviewed at Paymentology (Port Louis) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process started with a session with the HR team. The session was very interesting and the HR was professional, engaging and answered all my questions/queries.
The 2nd step consisted of an informal interview with the Project Management Director. The session was interesting and it did not feel like an interview at all but rather a conversation amongst colleagues. I loved that!
The 3rd step consisted on completing a presentation for a card-related project to demonstrate my expertise and give me a taste of the challenges awaiting at Paymentology. This was an enriching experience which helped me further build my knowledge.
The final step consisted of a live presentation of my project with the Project Management Director and the Implementation manager. The session was engaging, challenging and fruitful. I appreciated the professionalism of the team and thank them for attending my queries and giving me more insight on how things work at Paymentology compared to my previous company.

Question 1
Why do I want to move from a leadership role managing project managers, and deciding to move to an Implementation Project Manager role?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paymentology (Córdoba) in Aug 2022
Interview
I felt really comfortable during the entire recruitment process! Although it consisted on many interviews and it lasted almost 2 months, all of that was worth it. I met not only who will be my boss but also members of my team and even talk about Paymentology to see if I choose it as my next company. What I found more important is the fact of having asked (on the last step) to work on a draft of a project so you can show whatyou had to offer. An amazing experience as a whole!!
