• Personal interview by Lead Product Manager; thorough walk-through the systems and expectations
• Practical test (design few pages, advise on Ui) which was evaluated to hold valuable solutions
• Second HR interview
• Third interview; discussing terms and salaries
After third interview I was informed that I did not qualify for the position.
As I had come so far in the process and had invested hours of free work in a practical test I asked the HR person to elaborate on which points the decision was made to withhold the position.
After no answer for two weeks I enquired again about the reasons of their decision.
Never heard from Payoneer, not cool nor professional attitude.
People do not invest hours of work to be discarded like that.
