Paysera interview questions

Both sides talked shortly about themselved and started to ask about intereted point. I also asked if time tracking and screenshot taker agent will be installed on laptop. There is a lot of complains about this point so I rejected to proceed. Alos without asking for permission connected AI to interview

Quick call with HR, then 1 hour tech interview with a head of the department. Preliminary I've checked company's reviews and was aware about micromanagement and screen monitoring reviews, so they didn't hide this info from me and mentioned that the most important in that job is to please CTO. I didn't get a formal offer, but I was told an amount of salary they can offer to me, which was below the market considering absolutely no benefits and I wasn't interested. After the interview they ghosted me for 2 + weeks.
