I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paystone (Jakarta) in Nov 2024
Interview
Terrible, not transparent, lack of clarity. There’s no clear expectation of the code assessment even though I did the best. Too long to give response. They should have responded within days to set the expectations

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and well-organized. The first interview focused on my past experience, skills, and background, which gave me the chance to share my journey while also learning more about the company. The second stage was a pair programming exercise that was collaborative and engaging, giving me a clear sense of the technical expectations and teamwork at Paystone. Throughout the process, the HR team and interviewers were kind, approachable, and understanding, which made the overall experience very positive and enjoyable.
