Interview with a manager and then another employee.
Manager gave the background information of the company, further details of the role, details about the team and what they're doing and where they want to go with it. Asked about your background etc and how it would be useful.
Employee went into specifics about their background and what they do on a daily basis. Detailed what you'd be doing and how it would complement the overall department/team aims etc.
More general chat was mixed in with the formal interview, made it feel more personal and helped to make it more comfortable. Overall I enjoyed meeting them and hearing about Payzone and their aims.
