I spoke with the sales manager of the local Eugene, Oregon office to review my qualifications for the position, and after I passed the initial competency test, my name and compensation expectations were forwarded to the CFO for approval. A couple weeks passed, and although the company and I were unable to make ends meet due to the terms of the final agreement, I have maintained a healthy relationship with the sales manager. He said that if I am ever in need of a sales position, the company would welcome me with open arms to a loan officer position.
