I applied online. I interviewed at Peak Sports And Spine Centre (Hawthorne) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview was too personal and I got asked when I was planning on having kids. This is discrimination and is illegal. They call everyone "coach". Then an employer told me about what the staff called "the red eye shift". Where you staying to work until 7pm and then do the opening shift the next day at 7am. The interview process was long. At the end they asked if I had any more questions. I questioned these 7 hour shifts with no breaks. At the end I didn't get the job. The reason was "we don't think you're fit for a fast pace environment"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you planning on having kids? What is your relationship with your parents like?
Very intimate discussion with questions like "what do your parents do for work" etc. The interviewer then asked my referee "when I had overcome a challenging time in my life?"
