Scheduled appointment within provided time slot options, then was fully ghosted.
Interviewer never showed, and never received any response. Extremely rude and poor process. I attempted to follow up again with my point of contact (company founder), but was met with pure crickets.
Simple process - first interview with recruiter, followed by zoom interviews with Partners. They had questions, not particularly hard. They seem to have a holistic hiring process, they’re not looking for a person to complete a checklist, rather, someone who would enjoy heavy calendar management. With that said, they ghosted me, twice, LOL The first one could’ve been an accident, the second one was definitely intentional. Just a heads up for anyone who is triggered by ghosting from recruiters.
