The co owner of the company keeps preaching about they are not like other company and want people who would work above and beyond. They provided a survey and ask people to explain their answer on their work life boundaries. The survey contains a lot of leading questions, which really puts me off.
The co-owner also ask question related to my race and ethnicity in the first 10 minutes into the call. All of these things combined is enough for me to refuse to continue with their interview process.
