This was basically a waste of my time. It was a very lengthy interview just to find out they want to cut you short with the pay and keep you away from instruments, which can hold you back in your career. As some other reviewer said, seems like this company chooses profit above all. Offering a meager 16.95 an hour I'd be better off working at Aldis or something of the sort and not using my degree. Most people looked like they dreaded being there during the tour. I didn't get a single smile. The managers interviewing were OK I guess, seemed like they were just drones doing their job. Lots of maybes were mentioned for the position, which made me think that it can lead to a lot of empty promises. Barely anything for the position was guaranteed. I get the feeling they didn't like that I was expecting more money for such a technical position.
