I did a brief phone interview which went well but the trial shift was shocking especially as they teach there as well. I washed, dried and clipped a yorkie which was fine until I scissored the leg a bit too short because she told me to do what I want and that "she doesn't care about the customers" and I can just tell them no to what groom they want she then told me to put the dog in a cage and either go home or stay and watch her groom another dog so I left. I was shouted at for asking questions, was insulted for being quiet, mocked and personally insulted saying I "just look like a pretty little girl who should just stay at home and make babies and not be a groomer!" and swearing under her breath, I'm sorry but she was so rude and Disrespectful would not recommend to anyone. Expected me to be confident just to try to take my confidence away in the short time I was there.
