I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PharMEDium Healthcare (Houston, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Some companies may put some years of experience required, but they are still open for no experience. Simply, it is easier or them to draw their culture into employees rather than switching them from prior employer's culture to theirs.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PharMEDium Healthcare
Interview
It was a standard interview with a tour of the facility and an interview with the pharmacy manager and some of the other lead pharmacists. The interview itself was fairly short and very straight forward.

Interview
Had an initial "Pre-interview" with a recruiter/HR manager on the Phone. It was more of an overview of the company and position and what the interview process is like. Then Set up with a phone interview with the PIC of the facility. Was only asked about 4 - 5 questions by the PIC less than 10 minutes. She seemed preoccupied or uninterested in the interview. Her questions were basic run down of my resume, work load I can handle. Why do I want to leave my current position.
