The interview usually have two rounds: one with a HR or hiring manager and one panel interview (45-60 min) with 10-12 people. In the panel interview, you will need to prepare to present your past experience/projects with PowerPoint demonstration

Interview
1 day phone screen and then followed by the in-person interview, which was a panel of 2 people lasting 30 minutes each over the course of several hours. The questions were about knowledge based and then ow we would fit in the company.
Phone call with the President asking about interests/experience with scale up chemistry. Then an in person interview. 40 min presentation with 10 minutes of questions then 1 on 1’s with members of the process chemistry team.
