This was a 30 minute phone interview with the HR Manager. We discussed the that this is a new role within the company. During the interview, it became apparent that RBI/Philip Morris is not clear on what a Revenue person does and is trying to fill the role with a Finance person, despite these being two different things. Until they figure this out, taking this role would be setting yourself up for failure.
