      Director, Valuation Interview

      2 Jan 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Phillips 66 (Houston, TX) in Jan 2012

      Interview

First interview was a phone interview with HR. Second interview was coffee at Starbucks with the hiring manager. Overall the people I met with seemed great. They chose to go with an internal candidate. It seemed like an EEO interview where they already had an internal candidate in mind. They really weren't interested in me and just going thru the motions.
