They wasted my time and the conversation could have been a phone call. 6 minute long, in person interview that I drove 2.5 hours one way for and they were on the phone for half of it not listening

Pretty simple interview process, some basic questions about work history and stuff like that. Whether you get the job or not is really more based more on how you present yourself than anything else. They seem to be willing to try just about anyone, as long as they look like they can do the job.
