No one calls you even if you answer many questions. In reality, small startups with no advertised salaries do not get even 200 applications. I was paid over 120K USD in some companies. Even my computer is free. This company has zero benefits compared to some remote companies.

Leetcode pre-screening that are not difficult at all
People were so nice and friendly. In every step they clearify everything and made the process easy for me. It took nearly one month. And the interviews’ duration just took what it needs, not more.
