I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pilotfish (Munich, Bavaria) in Oct 2014
Interview
The process was straightforward a chat first via Skype and after a project to test my abilities. The Skype conversation was with the MD and the Creative Director. The call was straightforward and enjoyable with a few deep probing question regarding why I had applied. specifically what role and seniority, I saw myself to be for my years of experience. After 1 and a half hours of discussion, things seemed positive and I was asked to do a small design and research task on a live project (paid). After the hand in of the project, we exchanged emails and I was made an offer; be it a very low one. Still, I was at the time glad I had received one. Overall the recruitment process was smooth and enjoyable from the 1st call to arriving at the office.
