Pinely interview questions

Interview at Pinely for Quant Researcher was a waste of time. Recruiters answered after weeks, every step took too long. In the end they offered a job in Moscow, even though we talked about working abroad from the start. It feels like the process is messy and they don’t care much about candidates. Maybe inside the company it’s different, but from my side communication looked slow and unorganized. I just wish they respected candidates’ time a bit more.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter. I wasn't looking for a job, but I was interested in the fact that there were a lot of world-class Olympiad winners working here. The whole process was very fast. First, there was an introduction to the team leader, then a technical interview, which I unfortunately didn't pass.
