Interview
Initial call with the recruiter to discuss the role, company. One UI assignment was given to complete with the flexible time limit. I have completed most of the features but they pointed out a few things that I couldn't get time to complete.

Interview
1st round video interview, 2nd Case Study + feedback, 3rd round on site interview. The recruitment team lead really took the time to ask me questions and have discussion with me. Eventually I got invited to an on-site interview to sit down and get to know the whole team. Though eventually I didn't get an offer but overall it was a great experience since it is very rare that the recruiter actually took so much time and effort to treat a candidate with care and respect.

Interview
The Interview process was very fast and the Team Lead in this case Oliver made everything very smooth and easy. I was invited to visit the office and I have to admit that besides the normal interview process, I had a really good time there and felt very comfortable.
Due to personal reasons I had to decline the offer but pretty sure that the person who will work with Oliver and his team, will definitely have a great time and the chance to grow and improve his/her skills.
