Replied to an ad on craiglist for help creating content for the new business. Had a brief conversation with hiring manager the same day and was asked to come in the day after. After a short interview by a nice woman who seemed down to earth and knowledgeable, she sent me in to talk to the owner of the company. He went on a complicated, fast-talking rant about his philosophies, which ranged from nonsensical to insensitive ("When a fat women walks in the room we compliment her eyes or dress, but when she leaves the room you know everybody is just saying it to be nice and doesn't really think she's pretty.") He also revealed that the company is "definitely not" a pyramid scheme...
