Bello ma difficile e complesso perche cheide cose che non sono immediate e ci vuolem tempo a capirle e anche domande a risposta multipla alle qali non e facile rispondere
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pippa Pop-ins (Fulham, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Quite formal, starts off by speaking a little about yourself and your experience. I was interviewed by the manager and deputy manager and they were very friendly and welcoming, They ask you questions around safeguarding and test your knowledge on how to identify concerns around a child. They also ask how they could support you in the role for example, what you expect - respect. Overall great interview.
