The process started with an HR screening call from Brazil, which was smooth and professional. The first interview round (R1) was scheduled with the hiring manager, a Senior Director based in the UK. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing — the interviewer joined late, the discussion lasted barely 10 minutes, and there was little to no meaningful evaluation of my background, skills, or experience before the rejection decision was communicated. The interaction felt rushed and lacked the depth and professionalism typically expected for a senior-level interview process.
