Interview
The interview experience with Pitch was very pleasant and enjoyable. Every single person I got to communicate with was very friendly and professional. The first stage of the interview was a general screening call with an HR person, followed by a bit more technical interview with possible future teammates. The interview was a mix of general questions about past experience, some technical questions and some questions about ways of working and culture. After that, I received a take-home coding challenge which was not very hard. After submitting the solution there was another assessment interview where we went over what I had come up with.
They made a very compelling offer but I ended up rejecting it. I can only add to what other interview reviews state that the all-over vibe was very positive.

Interview
Very pleasant experience overall. After a general chat with HR there were two interviews with future team members. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Besides technical questions the discussions were mostly around past experience and preferred ways of working. Everyone seemed really nice and genuinely interested. Then I got a take-home exercise which wasn't extremely difficult, quite interesting and offered room to demonstrate your skills. After passing that, there was a conversation with the CTO, which was an informal chat around background, personal goal with an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
I ended up rejecting the offer, but they handled this remarkably well. Positive vibes only, this seems like a fun place to do good work with some smart people.
