Had a 1st interview with Talent Acquisition which wen't quite well, my interviewer was very nice and definitely knew their stuff. The 2nd interview was a more technical one with the hiring manager, my future team and a person from data engineering. Interview was also quite nice, felt quite at easy, everyone was very nice and transparent about the work and requirements. After that interview, Pitch didn't move forward with my application but they gave very detailed feedback on why that was the case.

A bit of a long process, since it took more than 2 weeks to get from application to getting rejected (but maybe this is nowadays normal amount of time). Had call with recruiter first. Very nice conversation, easy to talk with and quite stressful. Next had conversation with data engineers. Was very technical conversation but I was warned about this so I prepared. After waiting a few days for feedback was told I did not meet requirements. The notice of rejection gave some concrete feedback which is nice and a good practice. Sad I did not get the job, everyone was very nice and the company seems well run.
