The interview started with a standard HR screening which was followed by a hiring manager interview. The final was a panel interview with individuals from several departments. All interviews were conducted on line.
Panel interview to start with 3 people on the panel, followed by another round of interviews with the rest of the team and then the original panel. I was then offered the position.
Several Zoom interviews with directors/employees from different departments. Gave great insight into company life and expectations. Very open across the board to questions and transparent communication. It was a long process but ensured that it was really a good fit for all parties involved.
