Phone interview with managing partner and she couldn't make up her mind on what the job would entail. Yet, she wanted a definite immediate response of my salary requirement. She was rude, abrasive, and obviously lacking much needed leadership training. No way would I work directly for this nut job. She is too high maintenance and has no regard how her lack of management/leadership skills' set negatively impact the people around her. Withdrew my application the very next business day.
