There were three rounds. First with in-house recruiter. Second was in-person with Sales Director. Final interview was more of a conversational vibe check with founder. Straightforward and clearly communicated throughout.
The overall process was very smooth, and they were very responsive the entire time. the interviewer was very calm and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. There were initial HR rounds followed by an interview with the main team.
Interview with a recruiter at the parent company, which I felt went well. As the manager was on leave around this time, it took around 2 weeks for them to get back to me. They were setting up a new team, so felt that the training I would need would take too long for the timeline they had in mind.
