Awful. It was conducted by the CEO and he pretty much said I wasn’t qualified, so why should he give me a chance. Why are you even interviewing me then? I tried to give insights on the experience I did have that were transferable (to this very entry level position) but he literally rolled his eyes at every answer, got up to do something else while I spoke, and was interrupting me the entire time. If he was this disrespectful to all external candidates I can’t imagine what it’s like working with him. At the end of the interview, he said he’d be in touch, but to reach out if he forgot to reach out. I did not bother.
