I applied to Playo via angel.co, got assignment from them to create a web app in Django using RESTful backend. After submitting the assignment in time, there was a telephonic interview where I was asked about myv experience, skills in algorithmic programming and backend development. I was asked some logical and tricky questions. Then was selected for the internship. The whole process went for almost 2-3 weeks. . What helped me: 1) Competitive Programming: The interviewer was impressed with my competitive programming profile and achievements in competitive programming contests. 2) Experience in backend development.
