The first round interview was pretty easy. I got a call scheduled day of and it was basically a quick chat about my past experience. They said they’d get back to me in a few days and they did get back to me before the end of the week letting me known that they moved forward with someone else.
It was a relatively easy interview process. Questions were straightforward - experience, why I wanted to work there, please walk us through your resume, how do you handle conflict. Overall the whole interview process was quick and they were communicative about the process.

Interview
I’ve had a lot of bad interviews but I think this one takes the cake. Some context: salary was never posted on the original job posting (on LinkedIn or on company website) and I have 4+ years doing exactly what this role requires. They have big name clients so I thought it would be an advancement in my career.
I got an email at 9:57pm saying I could have a 15 min interview slot the next day and that I needed to respond ASAP as they were giving these time slots to “candidates on a first come, first serve basis.” Luckily I checked my email before bed and got a time slot for the next day. On the interview, I was asked generic questions. Knowing I only had a few minutes to impress I did a very high level overview with some main points just to summarize myself. Based on the follow-up questions, I could tell the interviewer didn’t spend much time looking at my resume. About 7ish minutes into the conversation they ask me my salary expectations. I tell them a range with the lowest number being about a 10% raise from which I’m already making. I was told verbatim “you’re not worth that much” and they promptly ended the interview.
Overall, it was clearly a waste of everyone’s time and I left feeling incredibly insulted. I’m not one to leave poor reviews and usually I would just take this on this chin - but seriously what a disappointment. Can’t say I have a good taste in my mouth for this company.
