      This job is the right fit for those who enjoy solving problems rather than just ticking off tasks. Managers give people a lot of autonomy to do research, develop ideas, and contribute to client work. The team is relatively small, which is a plus when it comes to brainstorming and feedback-sharing.

      Cons

      There's a lot on my plate, so the workload can get really heavy.

      Everything Stays Exactly the Same While Everyone Acts Like That Is Fine

      The team was competent enough at their jobs.

      Cons

      Every proposal for improvement got a polite nod and then nothing. Three years of suggesting better workflows, different approaches, pushing for any kind of forward movement, and none of it happened. The people in charge seemed content with the status quo, and pushing back on that just became exhausting. Same problems every month, same missed opportunities, same feeling that real change was never going to occur. I did not burn out exactly, but I felt my motivation drain watching the machinery resist every attempt to function better. It became clear this company did not evolve, just to maintain.
