The interview process took a few weeks, but communication was clear and consistent throughout. I was kept updated at every stage, which made the experience feel thoughtful and well-organised. With each round, I had the opportunity to meet different members of the team I’d be working with. The interviews included a mix of role-specific questions and conversations designed to understand whether I'd be a good fit for the team and company culture overall.

Only contacted by the recruiter, then given an assessment, worked on the assessment and submitted. Feedback was 'a lack of depth'. I queried with them on feedback and no response whatsoever. This job has been on their job board for the past 4 months - wonder why?
