People were nice and welcoming. HR was in the interview yet Hiring Manager would be the one mainly in charge. Cool workplace, my apologies to review after 2 years, I just need to look on Glassdoor

Interview
This experience is for Point Avenue Hanoi. My initial impressions were good, however, the unprofessionalism that followed soured my first impressions. I originally interviewed for an English Teacher position and thought it went well. The HR associate that I interviewed with seemed keen in my application. She stated that if selected, I would then be given an assessment test prior to a formal offer. She asked for my salary expectations and she wouldn't provide a salary range, so I answered honestly. A week later, I was notified that I wouldn't be able to continue the application process with no feedback as to why. About a month and a half later, I receive multiple frantic emails asking me if I would be interested in an Educational Consultant position. They even messaged me on Whatsapp when I didn't respond to their emails fast enough. Once I responded to them I was asked if I was interested and how soon I could start. I said would be interested. I was again asked for my salary expectation and told that I would be sent an assessment test upon confirmation of my interest in the position. Then, I was ghosted. She never responded to my follow-up emails. Very unprofessional but considering this is how they operate, I am glad that I didn't end up working for them.

Interview
My initial impressions of Point Avenue were good. After I applied, I received an email asking me to schedule a time for an interview. The ad that I responded to was for an Academy Teacher role but I also inquired about their Education Consultant role. The interview last about one hour and it seemed as if both of the people I spoke with were interested in my application. About a week later I received an email stating that I could not be hired. No feedback as to why I could move on to the next step of the application process. About a month and a half later I received an email asking me if I would be interested in the Education Consultant position. At the time, I was in the middle of traveling internationally so I didn't respond right away. I then received text messages to my Whatsapp asking if I saw their email. This was less than 24 hours after receiving their email At this point I'm thinking that this is pretty unprofessional but I decide to respond. I mentioned that I was interested in the position. They then asked me for my salary expectations and said that they would send me an assessment test. I responded accordingly and then I was ghosted. So just to recap, they frantically tried to contact me for this Education Consultant position just to ghost me during the process. This was with Point Avenue Vietnam. Very unprofessional.
