I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Point74 in Jan 2025
Interview
The process started off positively—the interviewers were kind and friendly, which helped me stay calm throughout the interviews, and I truly appreciated that.
However, my negative review stems from how my application was handled. Before concluding the interview, I specifically asked when I could expect a response, and I was told either by the end of the week or early the following week.
That timeframe came and went without any updates. I followed up with the recruiters via email and was informed they were waiting to interview one more candidate, which would take an additional 2 to 3 days.
Three weeks later, I finally received a rejection. This felt incredibly unprofessional. If they genuinely didn’t believe I was a good fit, a prompt rejection would have been understandable. Instead, it seemed they considered me a backup option in case they couldn’t find someone better.
This experience left me feeling disrespected, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
It was okay, fairly easy. Interviewer was both nice and helpful. Started with an introduction which then went on for questions, followed by a short easy test on the spot.
