I sent my CV online, they contacted me the same day to schedule a phone screening. She was friendly, a bit robotic to my taste. Interview was average. Simple questions about my hobbies, how do i see myself working for them etc. Took 15min at most.

Clear one. I had a call with a recruiter. After that I was sent a link to undergo my language assessment in English and native language. Then I had an onsite interview. There were a lot of questions about handling stress, acting under stress and dealing with difficult customers.
